Cookery Classes and Demonstrations
As well as delivering mouth watering dishes to diners at the Sun, Ashley head chef and co-owner also finds the time to deliver a selection of cookery demonstrations and classes on various topics throughout the year.
We hold regular cookery demonstrations within the Sun Inn -check the events page for themes and dates of our next demo. Priced at £5 per person and you get to sample the delights at the end of the session! Demonstrations can be arranged for groups and social organisations here at the Sun or at your premises, give Ashley a call and see what we can sort out for you…
Fancy rolling up your sleeves and getting your fingers dirty? Ever wanted to see how a real kitchen works….well read on! We have opened the doors to the new kitchen and invite you and your friends to come along and join Ashley where he will talk you through the dishes of the day and then help you along to reproduce the dishes for yourself. After your time in the kitchen you will be invited to go through to the pub and have lunch with a glass of wine or beer. A mornings session including coffee on arrival, the morning in the kitchen alongside Ashley and the team followed by lunch and wine £60 per person, numbers are limited and must be booked in advance.
